Help make a difference

The Westchester Klezmer Program depends on the generosity of individuals, corporations and foundations to exist.

There are two ways to help:

  • by making a gift as outlined below; and
  • Buying from Amazon.com through klezkidz.org.
(Westchester Klezmer Program earns up to
    10% on each sale.)

The Westchester Klezmer Program (WKP) is offering a way for you to remember someone you care about with a special acknowledgement.

  • gifts honoring someone or an event.
We'll send a personal note to the honoree, notifying him/her of your generous contribution.
  • If you would like to make a donation in memory of a loved one or friend, the WKP will send an appropriate card to the family of the deceased, acknowledging your thoughtful donation.

The amount of the gift or donation will never be included in the note to the recipient, but will be included in WKP’s letter to the donor for tax purposes.

These tax-exempt gifts and donations are a wonderful way for individuals, businesses, and organizations to honor someone while supporting WKP's mission of promoting community service through klezmer (a traditional form of Jewish dance music) music performances.

Player's Circle -- $36

Your contribution at this level will help underwrite program participation fees.

Concertmaster's  Circle -- $72

Your contribution at this level will help underwrite a community performance.

Mitzvah Circle -- $360

Your contribution at this level will underwrite a community performance and will be acknowledged in the program of the performance and in WKP's web site.

A great tzedakah idea for a bar or bat mitzvah!
